I was able to do it with Remote Ripple Pro so I saw no need to install bVNC, it is not like the Onyx comes with massive amounts of storage.
As for the higher resolutions I'm not sure how I could accomplish that. The maximum resolution is stated as the 1370x766. Are you suggesting editing the Registry? Then I'd need to know exactly where to go and how to change it. Not comfortable doing it on a whim.
