Family Christian still sold them after Best Buy dropped them (until they went bankrupt in 2014 or 15) so now it's just up to a few indie book stores that still participate. The only one I know of still offering them is http://www.politics-prose.com but there may be others. It would be really nice if Kobo could/would come up with a larger US B&M presence, but I'm not sure how advantageous it would work out to be for them.
