I forgot to check the kitchen option, but on those rare occasions that I am induced to cook, I stir with one hand and hold a (completely non-cooking-related) book in the other. It cracks my mother up every time.
However, it has been pointed out to me that steam is bad for e-readers
, so I will take care to only use paper books there in the future.
