It happens regularly that there are people who think that just because the only want to ask something it's alright to jump queue or interrupt you when you're helping a customer. Sorry, you're not a paying customer, so yes I'm going to be very short with you when you act rude. You also have customers, especially when it's busy, who interrupt you because they don't want to wait if we can't help them and just want to ask if we sell something or have something in stock. Again, expect a very short answer.
