They've run every test they can think of and the end result is they're calling it a migraine. Now, he used to have migraines when he was much younger but has not had one in like 30 years. I've never heard of a migraine that lasts more than a week and nothing helps, even with numerous trips to the ER and a hospital stay.
He says his pain is down to about a 3 and they sent him home Friday. He's at least able to eat and keep things down and they've ruled out any major causes via CAT scans, MRIs and spinal taps.
