All that I know is that they need to go ahead and get the prime rib roast that I ordered for prime day. Better not wait until the last minute! Of course, it won't take but about 5 hours at 350 degrees for a whole one to cook, the way that I ordered it, and about 3 1/2 for half a roast. It needs a rub on top of it, but I'll let them decide on that--salt and pepper by themselves work good. The au jus sauce is a last minute thing, of course. You might go ahead and make sure that you can buy prepared horseradish in that area. I think that it is mainly eaten by Jewish people and if there are not a lot of them around there, it may be hard to acquire. And prime rib without a little horseradish sauce on the side . . . well, it's like a hug without a squeeze.
I can't wait to sink my teeth into that luscious piece of prime rib! um UM!
Happy Prime Day, everyone!
