As an Aged person I went from Hardbacks to Paperbacks to Now e-readers Now E-readers with the built in lights for a more Uniformed over all light. IF a outside light Would suit my needs I would Still have my beloved K3
I have my mom's old fashioned book light around here somewhere. Her mother bought it for her.
The rule at our house was you can read till dawn if you want but you still have to get up in the morning. You did have to physically go to bed at the appointed time but you could take the book.
Not sure but I think my great-grandmother started that rule in about 1928 with my grandmother.
