The "page back" field is fairly skinny. I have small hands, but still manage to reach over that to touch (not swipe) the "page forward" field. Sometimes I hold it by the lower corner of the device (balanced in my palm) and have an easier time reaching the "page forward" field. I'm not on a PW2, though.
