Are you suggesting to uninstall completely program Calibre 2.85.1 from disk drive and later to delete any leftover files in folder C:\Program Files\ Calibre2 ?
Also it unclear to me "reinstall". Do you mean installing release 3.2.1 or reinstalling 2.85.1 and updating it to 3.2.1 ?
Sorry folks for not waiting for your following response.
I decided to try on my own with the recommended:
1. Uninstalled Calibre 2.85 program using CCleaner, or any other reliable utility for
cleaning including Windows registry.
2. Deleted "Calibre2" folder with all files to recycle bin.
3. Rebooted the PC.
4. Installed previously downloaded Calibre Management release 3.2.1 in folder"Calibre3"
Everything worked out fine.
5. Deleted "Calibre2" from recycle bin
