I thought I'd try the Alexa deals thing here in the UK. It lead to this conversation with Alexa:

Me: Alexa, what are your deals?
Alexa: Would you like to shop?
Me: Yes
Alexa: What would you like to order?
Me: Nothing
Alexa: I couldn't find anything for nothing, so I've added nothing to your shopping list
Me:

I guess it proves that you can't get anything for nothing
