Since our city did the 4th on Saturday I doubt there will be many crowds.
In semi-defense of the woman with the bikes, she was probably thinking why are we having a barbecue and how much will hubby drink tomorrow. So not at all focused on the kids.
Though yes, letting kids ride bikes anytime in Walmart is inappropriate.
