Current is 5.3.7.3 (and it has had the SSL/TLS 'fix' included without bothering to change the version number).
So I would just re-install the update package that Amazon now shows, even if the number is the same.

But again, I would (if in the UK), get my update from the above site.
A month or two ago, we discovered that now Germany is getting the same, bit-wise identical, update packages.
It did not used to be that way.
Certainly they would have include the UK before they did Germany.

* Yes, there is a reason, or at least there was - the rules/requirement for running a Wifi radio transmitter vary in different regions of the world.
So the internal setup of the Wifi (and perhaps any 3G) has to be setup with different limits.
Now, the internal firmware takes care of all of that without requiring that it be specifically built for any one country.
