No, this wasn't an (U.S.) Air Force band.
But one of their albums was one of the very few albums that Mom and Dad have/had was one of the U.S. Air Force Band's. It was vinyl, of course. Since there weren't many other albums, Sister and I just about wore out each one of the albums. There wasn't much music in our house--none from father, and maybe just a smattering from Mom.
Oh, the other albums? Nancy Sinatra (I thought that she is great. and every bit as hot as catwoman on the "Batman"
TV series--why didn't she keep singing?), one in which there's a song in which a guy kept singing "I ain't got no cigarettes," while simultaneously snapping his fingers (or someone else doing it for him), one that must have been really old, in which I only remember about the LP that the group sang a song that had a line that which said, "shee boom, shee boom, yada, da, da, da, da, dada"--something like that. There probably were other albums that I've forgotten about.
Since Sis lives next door to Mom (Father is deceased), I bet that she has stolen . . . er . . . borrowed indefinitely those albums. They might be very valuable now. One of these days, when she's not looking, I may borrow indefinitely those albums for myself.
