No problems - you can post the images in-line by putting the text cursor where you want to insert an image, and then select the image from the paper clip drop down list.
I'll ask the same question of you as I asked of the OP.
How are finding mis-identified books, by looking at the book list or at the tag browser?
If it's the book list, when you spot book with author 'William Shakespeer' and you know it should be 'William Shakespeare', hit F2 on the author cell for that book and change it right there, the change will be applied to all books with author 'William Shakespeer'. Then you won't even need to look at the Tag Browser or use the metadata editor dialogue.
I don't use QC to correct sort names so I can't speak to it
