I bought a second kindle which arrived yesterday. I installed many of the books last night that are in my Amazon account, and some of them were still in my old Kindle.The total given in the Kindle 2 was 43 but I counted only 36.
The book I am reading at present was not *showing but when I entered it in the search bar it came up at the page I was on. Then it showed in the list only to disappear again very shortly after.
This I repeated with several other titles that I had transferred but did not show, the same thing happened to each, they just disappear.
Also when I opened my kindle 2 there was a "Kindle Help" book, this too has disappeared.
How can I fix this please? Is my new kindle faulty?
