Is there a way to indicate two or more books in a series in a single ebook edition.
For example I have an ebook [1], and then an ebook which is [2-5], and then the final ebook [6]
Is there a way to show that the second ebook includes the series 2-5?
Been hashed over many times over the years.

EPUB split is a tool to break them apart and avoid the number range issue.

I use [1.05] to imply range. That fails if there is a gap (ala J D Robb ).
1.5 is not 1-50 , but a half issue. the rule is it needs to appear to be a reasonable range
