The best solution is to use ADE 2.0.1 and Calibre. It just works better. And it's a heck of a lot more future proof. You can install the DeDRM plugin and all your eBooks won't have DRM and you'll have them all organized and if you ever get a new Reader, Calibre will be there all ready for you.
