One category that Amazon is not good at having in their store is groceries and pet food and such. I have a lot of trouble finding the brands I want and at a reasonable price. That was the main reason I opted to not get the Wand. It is extremely frustrating trying to shop for groceries online, whether at Amazon or any regional grocery store chain. It takes longer than driving to the store and buying off the shelf. I wish retailers would rethink their online groceries apps and get them working better. For one thing, they either don't offer the brands you want online, only offering them in store, and then they have too many restrictions on what you can and cannot buy. For example, try buying 17 lbs of kitty litter from an online grocery store. I've yet to find one that will deliver it because it weighs too much. I made several attempts to buy groceries, non-perishable items only, online with several different stores. All I accomplished was a lot of wasted time and a lot of frustration. In the end you wind up having to go to the B&M store anyway, so I no longer even try to do it online. Even the buy-online-and-pick-up-at-Walmart option is a PITA.
