There are no links to download anything on either the purchases page or the in the library, so Kobo don't support anything. You could save the page or scrape it somehow. You could also work it out from the database on the Kobo device or desktop application.

Sometime in the past I did have a look at doing it via the Import List plugin in calibre. A problem there is that the plugin doesn't do paging or pages that need you to login. I had to download each page and process it. It is probably just as easy to copy the text from the page and past it in a spreadsheet.
