Hi I just got this Kobo but i'm having trouble connecting it to my windows 10 laptop.

I have the latest creators update and when I connect the Kobo via usb it says on the Kobo it's connected and charging but nothing is showing up on the laptop, no directory for me to transfer books.

Any help? Thanks
