Are they new books or older titles? While I have noticed some of my recommendations haven't showed up in Kindle format, I've also noticed several older titles aren't in Kindle format... and I have to wonder if they've used up the Kindle 'quota', but still have epub, OD versions still to borrow? Just my hypothesis.
