There is a navigational ToC (it does not reflect the print version as the ebook does not have the author names)
Various links within references are live in the text and seem to work fine…except for .pdfs…which Kindle indicates in a window, cannot be read on the tablet
When I clicked on the URL links on the copyright page (
www.copyright.com, etc.), it took several tries for the websites to open and view. I didn’t have a problem with URL links opening in References.
