I've not done Proust before (looked, but always turned away a little daunted), so I am tempted to give this try - after all, pynch, you gave it such a glowing recommendation . But there are a few things I want to know:

What is a "group reading"? (I presume it's not that we all go over to each others' places on alternating nights to sit by the fire (it's winter here) and read the book together.)

I am assuming the copy here of MR, The Remembrance of Things Past, will be appropriate for the groupie. Yes?
