There is a README in the archive.
Read it.
Then:
1) extract the archive on your kindle
2) install KTerm
3) open it from KUAL
4) cd <folder_where_you_extracted_the_archive>
5) ./luajit vncviewer.lua <ip_of_your_vnc_server>:<port_of_your_server>
