Can't run Calibre on 3.1.1 64bit install.
EDIT: Correction, the following was for the 32bit version (sorry  ) but I also tried the 64bit version with the same results...I've added the 64bit error file at the end.

I tried all the same stuff as the same thread for 3.1.0: restarts, uninstall, etc. I get the following error:
