The reviews on the audiobook and the ebook are very good. I think that seeing those must be part of the reason that I purchased the audiobook back a couple of years ago. Oh, it's also a "bestseller," now, too.

Frankly, I found the audio boring. I'm sure that I would the ebook, too, although I could more efficiently skip through the parts that I thought were excessively boring.

Part of my antipathy may be because I never was a groupie or even a "follower" of the Allman Brothers band. The thing that I remember most was that one of them married Cher one time. Fans of the Allman Brothers may like it, however--the great ratings and "bestseller" status are coming from somewhere.
