Is Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit Build 15063 an Inside Track release of Creator's Update ?

Have you tried running with no plugins, and running in Windows Safe Mode?

With the NirSoft utility I referenced you could prove the modal MDE window is hidden behind the main window.
