I thought at first you meant: accepted.
But the way things are going at Amazon lately, excepted is probably exactly what you meant.
For things "sold by and shipped by" Amazon, it is taking them 5 days to print the label and pack the item.
That is: orders are falling into the 'shipment in preparation' stage and die there.
And just to add to the humor of this situation, I just received an e-mail from them that begins with:
