That is one of the reasons I don't like eBay. Too many bidders who never pay or were just plain crooks. I never list items in an actual bidding auction anymore because I got tired of having to relist due to jerks who would never pay. I use the Buy Now option and require immediate payment. That way if they hit the Buy Now button but don't pay, the item stays on eBay as an active sell. I think a lot of the no pay jerks are bidding in several auctions to see in which one they win with the lowest amount of bid. They are playing the system. If they have a new account it might be because eBay kicked them out already under an older account for doing that, so they just open a new account under a different name.
