I have to be honest in saying I've not done a lot of research on the Cybook, but now that it has been mentioned, I went to the website. Wow. At first glance, I can say that this one could be in the running. Can any of you point me in a direction to get more info on it vs. the Sony or Kindle? I'll probably only be reading novels on it. No newspapers. I'm fairly computer literate, so if I have to convert to a different format, I'm capable of doing that. DRM or no - that will probably depend on the book I'm looking for and whether it is available in a format compatible with whichever device I finally decide upon.
One question about e-Ink... My mom has a Kindle 1. She has read 2 novels on it so far and it already looks as though the text has burned into the screen slightly. Is that normal?
