Yes, I submitted one on Jun 7. Sent a reply to the auto-response when I hadn't heard back on Jun 9. Then resubmitted the price match on Jun 10. Finally got the credit on Jun 13. They really need to change "You should expect a response from us within 24 hours." to "You'll hear from us when you hear from us."
