Can you explain to me? I extracted and copied the path in the terminal of your adb and it says to me that: Incorrect executable format.
EDIT: I almost forget one thing!! I searched an explanation about "adb sideload" and I find this confusing text of TWRP:

So I don't understand to much... Isn't suposed adb to be used for flashing ROMS? Maybe fastboot is better?
