That is just the opposite of what my Kindle does.

Documents sideloaded do not have a place in the device's cloud account.
Those get: "Delete this Document" - because the on-Kindle copy is the only copy.
Remove it from the Kindle, and by golly, it is indeed deleted (as much as anything can be deleted from FAT-32).

Documents that have a copy in the device's cloud account get: "Remove from Device" - because that is what it does, it ONLY removes from the device, leaving behind its title in the listing as a reminder that it still exists in the device's cloud account.

but en_Amazon is under constant change -
so your version may not say the same thing my version does.
