), two comments:
1) You might want to put the list of saved searches under the actions instead of on top of them. That way the actions are easily discoverable even if someone has hundreds of saved searches (and people really do have hundreds of them, sometimes hierarchical in the tag browser).
2) Could you add the copy_saved_search action to the menu? With the change it is rather difficult to get the text of a saved search. When showing the saved search box the button does this. Rationale: I use the button to get the text of a search then modify it in the search box. This lets me easily test changes before saving them and supports temporary changes that aren't saved.
