I have used the Kobo Price Match maybe on average a couple times a month, and have never had any problems with it. They are sometimes a bit slow over weekends, but I don't mind - I guess even Kobo deserves weekends.

I typically use it when BN has a Nook Daily Deal or other deal that isn't on sale at Kindle, and since BN is a pain, I'll price match to Kobo. It's rare - usually if it's on sale at BN, it's on sale at Kindle, but occasionally not. (And of course, it's totally almost never on sale at Kobo .)
