I had good luck with Chapters when I had to exchange a broken Kobo Touch years ago, but I noticed for a subsequent Kobo purchase (Glo) they attached some kind of note to the bill that said to contact Kobo and not Chapters for returns. I don't know whether that's still the case. Mind you, both of those were in-store, not online and four-ish or more years ago.
I bought my new Aura2 at Best Buy (in the store).
