That's relatively simply, here's what I use. There may be other methods, but this one works just fine for me.
Search mode:Regular Expression
Search Field: Identifiers
Identifier Type: URL
Search for:http(s?)://www.fanfiction.net/s/(.*?)/1/
Replace with:\2
Destination Field: (your pick)
