I think you are right. There will always be just one Harry Potter on the front page.
Also, it seeems that they include only one book of any given series, then you need KU, or to individually buy the next ones

But I found a few that look readable, will see how it goes. The limit is 10 borrowed at once, same as KU.

I wonder if they will kill off the one per month kindle owners prime lending service, which seems superfluous now.
