Is it a book format that can be read on the device?
If you are not sure, tell us the file extension.
And at the same time, set your PC to display file extensions.
It might have "helpfully" added a .txt extension to the name, I.E: bookname.azw.txt
Or is this some format you can only read with KOreader?
If you can see the book from your PC, then the title of this thread is wrong.
