Her entire "October Daye" series - ten novels plus several shorts - is in the Hugo packet this year, which is free with a WorldCon supporting membership and contains most of the Hugo Award nominees. The asterisk for that series in particular, which does not apply to the other contents of the packet, is that it's delivered through NetGalley as a time-limited EPUB omnibus. (The rest of the packet is available usually in all three major formats - PDF, MOBI, EPUB - without DRM.)
I can personally recommend just about everything ELSE McGuire (aka Mira Grant) has written, but I haven't gotten to the Daye books yet.
