The Weed That Strings the Hangman's Bag is the second in the Flavia de Luce series by Alan Bradley. Another series that I really like, and apparently some folks agree with me, because the first in the series won about a bazillion "Best First Novel" awards. Later titles have not been so awarded, but I've liked all of them that I have read. Weed has dropped to $1.99 at Kindle and Kobo US.
