Yeah, I am running it in debug mode because it keeps crashing while I am trying to download the books. It seems that Calibre crashes when it gets to downloading book 100. have an empty KOBO that I am trying to fill so I don't have to do this mass download again.

Ah, thanks for letting me know about the code. This bit of information tells me why books haven't shown up in the past. Side effect of having different libraries
