I used this coupon! Thought I could get a good deal and extra My Rewards points. But...
Maybe someone here can clear up my confusion. On the My Rewards site there is an offer:

I purchased 10 of these books today (using the coupon). The thumbnail on the site says "May 2017" for each of these eBooks. The listing page for each eBook says "On Sale Date: May 01, 2017." But in the space above the individual formats says "Jun 2017" (I assume it is the actual publication date).
I received 5,000 points for my purchase and expected 10,000. So, is the 1,000 points for eBooks PUBLISHED in MAY 2017? Or on SALE in MAY 2017?
I also receive a subscription for all 6 Love Inspired Suspense every month. Usually arrives on the 1st of the month. This month I did not receive them on my bookshelf until the 3rd. And I have not received any My Rewards points. I sent an email on the 3rd. Still no points by the 16th
so I sent another email. I try not to complain too much or inundate them with email. I still have no (3 weeks later) points for my subscription nor an explanation if the eBooks qualify for the extra points.
Anyone else having any similar problems?
