You don't say where you are, so we don't know how much $100 actually is. It probably means you are in the US. if so, the Kobo Touch 2 should have been in your price range, but Kobo seem to have recently stopped selling it. That was a 6" device with 800*600 resolution. Good, but not great. You might be able to find one. I think the only device listed at the moment under $US100 is the basic Kindle.
