Here is why I need this.
Sometimes I download books from online sources while I am on the device and most of the time I forget to put them back in Calibre. I was thinking that if I could put them in Calibre after I download them using CC, that way I would not forget to organize them later in Calibre.

I don't understand the workflow. CC downloads only from a calibre library using one of the three connections, so by definition downloaded books are in a calibre library somewhere. There is no other way to download a book into CC's library.
If you download a book into CC's library folder using some other program then the book is not in CC's library. Assuming that the "Scan for new books" option is set, CC will add such books to its library when you connect as a wireless device. In that case the method I suggested is appropriate because you are connected as a wireless device.
If you are fetching books from multiple calibre libraries then it is up to you to manage copying books between the libraries. CC doesn't provide any special help.
One thought: you could upload the books to a "calibre auto-add" folder on the computer running calibre. Next time you run calibre on that computer the books will be added to the library.
