In general, how reliable are the Rakuten vendors when it comes to warranty?
The RP-1 really is a dream come true, but for the price they ask it better has a solid warranty policy in case it is defective. With Onyx products you at least have vendors from within the EU, even though the Carta Max seems inferior for the job I have.
