Not important. I use Calibre too much for conversion to want the library on a device - I do ebook conversions for other people, and combine short stories into single epubs, so my Calibre listing includes swarms of things I have no interest in reading.
More than happy to just drag-and-drop sideload. Haven't dealt with tagging or bookshelves; they both seem like potentially useful features that involve adding admin time to what's supposed to be my leisure activity.
Sounds like there's no major diffs between the Inkbook and Boox, from my perspective - there's one that has 300dpi, but if I don't care about that, the other features are minor.
