Sorry sun surfer: I'm not sure I am clear on this so would like to restate it if I may:

1. On rotating months, the nominator gets to decide which book wins if there is a tie.

2. On months where we select within a category (Time Period, Regions), the first to reach the winning number is the winner in the case of a tie.

3. In the case of a tie between two or more books in a category month, there will be a run-off vote to establish the winner. If that also results in a tie, the first to reach the winning number is the winner, as in item 2.

Does that cover it correctly?

Any other thoughts from the team?
