Regarding orientation, this is what make me a bit confused:
If I set:
- portrait orientation = 0, landscape orientation =0, I see 3 pages side by side
- portrait orientation = 6, landscape orientation =0, I see 2 pages side by side like a open book
- portrait orientation = 1, landscape orientation =0, I see 2 pages side by side like a open book
- portrait orientation = 0, landscape orientation =1, I see 1 page
- portrait orientation = 0, landscape orientation =2, I see 2 pages side by side like a open book
- portrait orientation = 0, landscape orientation =6, I see 6 pages side by side
