@Kovid - my Location column may just have a place name e.g.
Izyum, or it may have a website But even if it is a just a place name it is still HTML, i.e.

Location is one of 8 HTML Heading on the side columns in my _Media library. Putting the Column name above will make for an untidy presentation, and it will send them to the bottom of the display. They are all almost invariably short, in fact shorter than the Plain text Came From column which is a most often a file path several levels deep in %appdata%\downloads
Another thing I've noticed is that the HTML Header on the side columns don't display in a consistent order.

My usage of the server is to look at an author's list of books and at the book metadata. My ideal would be to see the columns selected within the Look & Feel->Book Details tab, in the order nominated. With display time options for Show All and Show Empty Columns.

It's not clear to me that using the same settings as in the GUI is the right thing to do -- after all the use cases for the two may well be different. On the other hand, it seems silly to have multiple sets of settings for very similar things.
On the third hand, since the server can be run independently of the GUI, having it depend on configuration that can only be altered from the GUI is not a good idea.
